What GPU do you offer?
We use NVIDIA L40S GPUs with up to 48GB VRAM. Plans include 12GB, 24GB, or full 48GB GPU allocations with CUDA 12 and PyTorch pre-installed.
What VPN protocol do you use?
Our VPN servers come with WireGuard pre-installed. You also get full root SSH access, so you can configure any additional protocols you need.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe, as well as PayPal. Bank transfer is available for annual plans — contact support for details.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles it end-to-end over TLS 1.2+ with 3-D Secure where supported.
How fast are servers provisioned?
Most servers are provisioned automatically within minutes of payment confirmation.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a refund within the first 24 hours if the service does not meet the advertised specifications. Contact support for details.

Our servers are hosted in European data centers with low-latency connectivity and strong data-protection regulations.
